Each year, PWYBA provides kindergarten through 12th grade baseball players a fun environment to stay active and make lasting memories competing against teams from around the Twin Cities.

We are able to provide this opportunity to our youth players through support of important partners like you.

Sponsorship gains your company exposure to 1,000+ PWYBA families, 360-400 adult tournament team attendees from across the Twin Cities, and visibility in the broader Plymouth Wayzata area.

PWYBA offers the following sponsorship levels. Have additional ideas for how you might like to support your local baseball association? We’re happy to work with sponsors with unique requests.

Note that this online portal is intended to facilitate electronic donations for added convenience.  PWYBA incurs a 3% administration fee and subsequent credit card fees on all electronic transactions. For alternative (non-electronic) sponsorship options, please contract PWYBA directly.

$500 Sponsorship
Includes:

• Dedicated thank you post on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (1 each) with tag to your business
• Dedicated thank you email to all 1,000+ PWYBA families with link/phone/email to your business

$750 Sponsorship
Includes all items above plus:

• Branded thank you message on PWYBA home page news rotation through the end of the summer baseball season with news article and link to your website
• Sponsor page recognition through calendar year on PWYBA website with link to your website

$1,000 Sponsorship
Includes all items above plus:

• Opportunity to offer PWYBA families a promotion to drive traffic to your business. Includes featuring the offer on website, email blast, and reminders on social with links
• Opportunity to provide branded product or gift bags to teams at the tournament to drive more visibility to your sponsorship with families

$1,250 - $1,500 Sponsorship
Includes all of the above plus:

• Opportunity for on-site presence to display product, share marketing materials, and communicate with attendees.
• Signage featuring sponsor business on-site at tournament. (Opportunity varies by location but may include 5’x10’ banner at entrance to each field or multiple visible yard signs.)

$2,000+ Sponsorship
